Extra special overall experience. Excellent base for 3 nights. Marvellous, perfect location near especially the Zambezi National Park and the restaurant. Also, in the middle of the city. A work desk, a multi-channel television, and a seating area available in the suite.

There were TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was close enough to the town & Falls and especially the Zambezi National Park and the restaurant.

Best Holiday Experience Ever!
The breakfast buffet could have been better. The fruit didn't look appetizing and the coffee was hit or miss in terms of strength.

The hotel had a great location a few kilometers away from the town and provided a peaceful and natural environment to relax in. the staff were polite, friendly and always willing to help, and the vegetarian options were excellent. the view of the watering hole was amazing and the rooms were spacious and well-furnished.
The playground was run-down, and the dinner time was late, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

We had a lovely romantic escape in a private 2-bedroom apartment surrounded by the beautiful African wildlife. the location was perfect, with easy access to the town and attractions. We particularly enjoyed the free shuttle service and stunning sunset views from the restaurant. the apartment had all the amenities we needed, and we loved waking up to the sound of the animals by the watering hole.
The food was not as impressive as we had hoped, and we found it to be quite basic. we felt pressured by the staff to give tips constantly, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Amazing place to stay. The staff are very friendly and do their best to make you happy. The African bush view is breathtaking, and the room service is fantastic. The a la carte menu is great and the Nespresso machine in the room is a definite plus. The activities are consistent in quality and well-organized, and the prices are fair for the experience. Convenient proximity to attractions and easy payment methods also make this hotel a great option.
Although the surroundings are beautiful, the noise from the generator used to finish the pool may be a bit disturbing. The breakfast could also be improved, as the fruits were not always fresh and the bakery products were not always fresh.
